Our promise

The Permit Prep Pack is a one-time $12 digital report built from your project answers, and it comes with a 14-day money-back guarantee. If it is not useful to you, email us within 14 days and we will refund it. No hoops, no hard sell.

When you can get a refund

Email us within 14 days of your purchase and we will refund the Permit Prep Pack if:

• the report did not generate or download correctly,
• it was charged in error or duplicated, or
• the information did not match the project and jurisdiction you selected.

Because the Pack is delivered instantly as a digital product built from your inputs, we may ask what went wrong so we can fix it, but we will not make you jump through hoops. A fair request gets a refund.

What a refund does not cover

A refund reflects a problem with the report, not the outcome of your permit. We cannot refund based on what your building department ultimately decides, since only the authority having jurisdiction makes that call, and our guidance is informational (see our Disclaimer). If your project changed after purchase, contact us and we will help you regenerate a current Pack.

How to request one

Send us a message through our contact form, using the email address you used at checkout and a sentence on what happened. Refunds are issued to the original payment method through our processor, usually within a few business days.
